Foam surrounds bad! If you have these rear facing, they need a grill! I had a tool box in my trunk and it tore up my surround. Also, theyu have a low excursion. Needs a 1.5 cu ft box to sound decent.

NICE!!! Not the loudest sub in the world, but it will go low as s***. Put a bass CD on to test it and it got down to 20 Hz. For the output, these are the least expensive subs I've ever encountered. My brother has 2 RF Punch 12" XLC's and it spanks them, hangs with my friends 12W0's that he paid much more for, kills my old Pioneer's, and pretty much kills anyone else's system on campus. Great starter speaker but my next will be JL 12W3's for increased trunk space and larger excursion (twice as much).
