these speakers are terrible. they are loud but sound bad. they are overpriced and the company is constantly going out of business. this should tell you that the owner has no clue how to do anything. as a matter of fact i have no idea how he/she can keep goin back in business

Meant for a gymnasium, not for a car unless you like to hear tinny bass.

I bought 2 brand new 15" Dr. Crankenstein subs off ebay for $25.00 each. I was very disapointed with these subs, they got loud but sounded like crap. I think these subs are just a PA type sub that are meant for gymnasiums, as they were loud but very tinny with a lack of bass output. My old 15" Phoenix gold sub blew these two out of the water, in both output and sound quality.

The speakers hit hard,but they won't out hit strokers. The previous guy just has wishful thinking.

these subs rock my world. I blew away a w7 with my 2 tens. And they hit very hard I would recomend that if you can get your hands on a set of these then do it!

FORGET THE CHROME, IT HAS A BETTER CONE AND SURROUND THAN ALL THE OTHERS. IT POUNDS. I BOUGHT MINE AT CAR STEREO WHOLESALE IN ASHLAND KY.

Awesome. I had 2 High Voltage 12's in a 1998 Chevy Cavalier and went to a dB drag and hit a 149.7 dB's and came away with first place in the street competition. I went to ebay and purchased a set of 4 Dr. Crankenstein High voltage 12's for $96 for my 2001 Chevy Blazer Xtreme. I'm hoping they do just as good as the 2 12's. With my 2 12's out hit a set of Cerwin Vega stroker 15's, I have no complaints with Crankenstein and i will keep buying until i quit car audio.

They are too powerful!! Dr Crankenstein is one crazy honky

These Subs are amazing. I went to a DB drag with 2 15 in. Dr. Crankenstein Subs and hit 159.2. I took 1st place in the super street competition thanks to these subs.

I'm sick and tired of people saying that Dr. Crankenstein subs are cheap...Before I bought my 15 sub I used to have Cerwin Vega Vega's Dual 4 ohm. I had a ppi 2150 amp going to them and when I hooked the Crankenstein 15 it out hit the two 12 vegas that I had...This is the second time that I have bought Crankenstein subs..When I was 16 I had 2 10's High voltage subs and I really enjoyed them...And I made a mistake to go with the vagas because now im back to crankenstein again..............
