Looks Spent $138 for two 12's Price Quality Sound Power Handling
Weakness:
None so far. These are great subs for the price. I have 4 on a 1600 watt Power Acoustik amp and you can hardly sit in the truck. Before I hooked them up to the 1600 watt amp, I hooked two up to a Rockford Fosgate Punch 60, and they still hit hard. These subs hit good low notes. needs 2 weeks break in time at 100 watts rms for the money these subs pound. 147.1 db need I say more. Built for s.p.l. I''m selling 2-12" in a box for $200. Not a cheap box either built with 1" plywood for a corrected volume of 1.4 cubic feet per woofer. E-mail me for info. Similar Products Used: Jl w6 (audiobahn slayed thyese woofers) |

Old model doesnt look that great newer model has great features for the price. Hey ya''ll I am owner/ founder of Catstrophic Audio in Clearwater, FL. I have hooked up many Audiobahn systems, they blow everything away, you just have to know what you are doing. Don''t put these in a huge box, they ARE A SMALL SEALED BOX subwoofer. These are the second lowest model subwoofer Audiobahn makes and I''ve had two of em slam away from two Fosgate power he2 12"s. Whats the deal they kick fosgates top quality??? I only had 85 watts rms to the Audiobahns and he had a 1000 watt fosgate amp, all the peeps that say Audiobahn blows just can''t do a good job of instalation, I know this cause I was one of you before, it only took me to blow one sub that the box was to big. If anyone wants an Audiobahn system email me @ Catastrophiccc@aol.com I will get you for very cheap Similar Products Used: MA Audio, Mobile Authority, Visonik, other Audiobahn products, Digital Audio, Zapco, Fosgate, Clarion.... many more |

magnet gets hot after a couple hours these subs are the best for the money. We had the speaker briged to an Optimus 200x2 sub amp. We beat 2 JL 10W6 easy. The Guy with the Rockford always made excuses not to comp us. Similar Products Used: JL Audio10W6, Rockford Fosgate hx2,and kicker square solar-baric |

perfect bass for the pocket.
Weakness:
the magnets gets a little hot after serious playing time Hello all you bass freaks out there. Im sending this review out to let all 'yall car audio lovers. Oh yeah, i have three audiobahn awc 10s and a lanzar 900watt (600rms) in a custom box in a Mitsubishi truck. and Audiobahn components ran with an optimus 340watt amp made like back in the 70's, (just kiddin) I have put i think everything in that truck that could possibly fit and i am very happy with my system. crisp, clear, a little distorty if turned up to the max, but VERY VERY LOUD. 146dbs on nopi scale. And everyday i go by the elementary schools and little kids hear me and start dancing and that makes me feel good because i love music so much. and that makes me love it even more. see real audio lovers dont dive on any other systems. i mean, we all have our sense of humor and laugh at other poor things but sometimes thats all that people can afford. dont knock on them. they work hard to own that stuff like we do. and we all have our different taste. i cant stand jl audio but they hit so hard with the right amout of juice. and you can make any speaker hit hard. you could get wall mart speakers to sound pretty good. see, its not about you having the loudest or hardest hitting system in your town. because no matter how loud you are, someone is going to be louder and hit harder. go to iasca and nopi. i know!!!! but its the love of the hobby. me, i like everything perfect and loud and i love lots of bass. some other people wouldnt have it no other way with 1 8'. and thats fine with me. people ask me questions about subs and mids and i tell them what i think is best for what they want at their budget. thats a real audio specialist. hey, i still ask questions too. im only 17! oh yeah, back to the sub, you need lots of juice to power any of the audiobahn subs. maybe multiple amps. (thats why they put two sets of banana plugs on the sub.) it depends on how low you want the sub to hit on air space but i prefer the tighter air space. even though i have 10s that sound like 15's. for any ten, do not go any futher down as far as air space.--.7 cu. ft. is perfect for any 10 inch woofer. but if any of you who read this long message and have any questions about anything on audio systems just em me at Damcrazy24752@cs.com and if any of yall that have a 99 r6 yamaha with a good deal email me. im very interested. but anyway, more power to system lovers. and go audiobahn. (check out the new 34'sub they just put out with over 5000watts rms at audiobahn.inc.) peace. "roamp hard" Similar Products Used: infinity perfect, ground zero, atomic, hell, there all good. |

Audiobahn AWC 12
Strength:
The sub plays really deep and handles more power than the rating says it can(600 w. R.M.S.)
Weakness:
Theres a little overhang at around 30 hertz For the price range the sub hits really hard in a small enclosure and handles much more power than its rated for. I recomend this for anyone who wants good bass on a budget. Similar Products Used: mobile authority, They dont come close. |

This woofer can hit some really low notes. It did not take a lot of power to make it play loud ( I was using a Memphis 300 watt amplifier) I have since upgraded to 2 woofers and am now using a Memphis Belle amplifier (best 5 channel amp on the market in my opinion)
Weakness:
Low power handling (that's why I recently went with 2) I used this woofer in a 1.55 cu. ft. vented fiberglass floor box in my 2001 Hyundai Elantra. It is a very good mediocre woofer. Similar Products Used: Rockford Fosgate He2 and Hx2, Kenwood DB, Hifonics Olympian. The AWC-12 held up really great against the Kenwood and Hifonics but, the Rockford Fosgate He2 smoked it in the same enclosure. |
