I can assure you that this is not the case at all. I've taken it through rough, rough corners at above 50mph, and for a four door sedan to accompish these kinds of performance manuevers, specially within this price range, proves that it definetly is a contender. wrecker service Weakness:

Bought it because economy was paramount with a lot of city driving. It has been reliable and fun to drive. I am usually the only one in the vehicle as other adults find it confining, but yet they will make comments on its interior roominess. Portland Fleet Repair Weakness:

Just please ware the earplugs thats shiped with them.

Just ware the earplugs!!! These are the loudest speakers I have ever listened to,I have a Alphasonik pma800-da amp and I'm just Happy. I'm looking for Another of the same amp to link into my 1.st one,they have slave cables that allows for this. application,I Love this set up?? Similar Products Used: I havent had as good luck with Audiobahn,As with the Alphasonik,I swear by this brand. |

price i got this off a good deal. and i will now only buy and highly recommend alphasonik. i have the 15 mayhem with the d1200 alphasonik amp and o mygod . i will never go back to jl,kicker.pioneer ,spl, soundstream , and other brands again . Good power handling capability, clean clear bass, hits pretty hard for a 12".
Weakness:
A bit heavy in the chassis, VC's only 2.5" should be 3" minimum for the power rating. Frequency response not on par with some other competition class subs such as CV Stroker 12". Running 1 PSW912 off a Soundstream TRX2000D. This sub seems to take whatever I've thrown at it thus far. Bang for your buck I rate it pretty high. If your looking for crazy SPL though, I would recomend something different (eg: Orion HCCA 124, or Bravox EDX12D) Similar Products Used: RF Punch HX2 1208 (x2), RF Punch HX2 1212 (x2), Alpine R-Type, Phoenix Gold XMAX 12 (x2). |

the weakness is the fact that there aren't any!!!!!!!! This is by faw the sub availible!!! forget ur jackhammers, ur t3's, ur thunder's ect...

super deeb bass and very clear hits all notes 2200 of rms power thats some strenght

NONE!!!!! This is the best sub i have ever owned. And ive had them all kicker l5 l7's ma audio's and t2 rockfords etc.this by a long shot is one of my favorite subs . gives me cleanest sound and deepest bass ever. i have it connected to a autotek mean machine 3000.1 this is a dual monoblock class x amp each monoblock can deliver 1500 watts rms at a 1 omn load. And i only have one monoblock being used with one mayhem 900. buy the time the summer ends ill get rid of my 2005 accord and get a x5 bmw . with one more of these badboys on the other monoblock and couple of yellow top batteries with a stronger alternator and 2 2.5 fared caps ill be ready to enter the two subs competition and beat all them wise guys out there. then with my two subs mayby enter the 4 sub competition and beat them too .For the price this is the best sub out there hitting 163 db on my epic meter should be more on the sensors.
