Very cirsp highs and defined mids

The mount depth is 2.25" so they can be tricky to install in some vehicles, other than that none.

I searched long and hard for a great sounding pair of 5.25" speakers. The reason it took so long was I wanted to pay less than $100 for a pair. I listened to every model of speaker I could find, including many component speakers.

I was unimpressed with every pair I found that didn't cost $200+, until I heard these babies. The bass is decent, but much better than just about every other pair I heard (Except high end component speakers from Fosgate and Alpine). The mids were right on and the highs were crisp, but not too bright. It only took about 15 minutes of a Limp Bizkit CD to convince me these were the set I'd been searching for.

These speakers are very solidly constucted with very large woofer magnets and two seperate tweeters mounted in the center. I'd recommend these to any one looking for a great set of speakers that don't need to push heavy bass(cmon they're only 5.25"). The price is right too. I got mine a local shop for $90 and I've seen them on the internet for about the same price.

Paid $120 dollars at quality auto sound for these speakers. At first thought they were a rip off till i tried them out. Used them without an amp for a few months. Recently i hooked them up to 2 channels on a 4 channel 600watt amp and these speakers make me smile everytime i'm in my car.!!
Have a high pass filter on the amp and they make these speakers just sing beautifully. To any body out there who needs good 5.25 speakers. These are definitely at the top of my list. Used some fosgates, they just sounded boomy, very poor mids no highs. These on the other hand ....bliss.
