Strength:
Very cheap only US$55 a pair, yet impresed almost all of my friend, they thought I use a high end class of speaker.
Weakness:
bass Good enough, detail from thorough full bodied sound freq covered (treble, mids), the sound will be good with crossover set to 120 Hz to get rid the bass who most likely will distort & oversounded this speaker..(so it is excelent to use subwoofer otherwise this speaker won't be that good because of the poor bass ). Key setup: On the scale -6 to +6 of my Digital Equalizer, I turn down the freq of 50hz, 80hz, 125 hz to -1 the rest freq I use the setting of preset "Jazz" with 1 point higher on 500hz to boost lower mids little more. Adjust the amp subwoofer gain & the Digital Equlizer subwoofer volume & freq to your desire, that 's it. The sound they produce will be very close to natural (low distortion) and with high detail, definition + full bodied. TS A 1667 is as the same sound quality with this. I used it several month before I replace with this one. If there is difference, it will be very marginal. Similar Products Used: TS-A1667 ( as good ); Infinity 6.5.2 kappa ( not as good, this one is not full bodied sound & has a funny mids-high & too clear high which make it un-natural. |
