Strength:
for the money, i don't think they can be beaten. the crossovers look very cool, and i like the adjustable tweeters, a nice touch, especially if you have to mount them on the mirror brackets like i did as i didn't have time to do some kickwell builds ready for a show.
Weakness:
not a lot of bass. the standard speakers in my ford KA chucked out twice as much bass. thad said, i now have two kenwood 12inch DB+ subwoofers in the boot, running off of a kenwood PS-401M amp, which means bass isn't really something i care about in the front of the car anymore :) you're getting what you pay for, they aren't a top end competition component set, they aren't cheap rubbish. Strength:
good at listenable volume, cool pink speakers, solid construction
Weakness:
a little tinny when pushed, crossovers dont seem terribly good as the tweeters sound muddied, should be clearer for this amount of wedge THEY DO THE JOB REQUIRED, YET LACK WARMTH AND CLARITY UNLIKE INFINITY, Similar Products Used: None |
