Nice sound, nice look, neat adjustable tweeter

Not made strong enough for higher outputs

At first I was very impressed with this speaker, nice looking, cool adjustable tweeter, and bi-amp connection cabability. unfortunately One of the cones disconnected from the voice coil under high volumes even though I was running recommended power. I upgraded to the kfc-xr600 dual mag, which sound a world apart

They make some music sound absolutely great. The movable tweeter helps soundstage.

Sound a little harsh at times. Too bright and not as much midrange as I personally like.

Paid $120/ pair. Im not dissappointed. When I upgraded from my factory speakers I was absolutely in love with these. Now that I have gotten to know them a little better and have listened more closely I still enjoy them. I would love to upgrade to something more upscale (MB Quart maybe). Rating: 3.5
