Working at a hifi store i would recomend these speakers to anyone who wants to run subs. These are really clear and put against the HQ 7x10's they sound a lot clearer with better treble. so as a rear speaker that would would be used with subs its perfect. better still upgrade to the 6909's which are even better. small magnet means these are really easy to mount, especially people with sedans, also more efficiant so u dont really NEED an amp
Weakness:
a little less bass than the 7x10's, paper mid tone not quite as good as the 6909's polypropalene mid tones. id recommend it to anyone wanting clear loud sound, or who wants to run subs. great value for money Similar Products Used: kfc 6909- more expensive, bigger magnet, better midtones + bass |

Strength:
great bass and awesome highs
Weakness:
paper suround, probably is gonna crack pretty soon with all i put them through i got these speakers cheap over the internet on ebay for $68. i put them in my 1990 lumina euro, with a 110 watt amp. the stock system in there was excellent, but these just blew the others away. i am also running two 12" subs on a 400 watt amp. they sound great!! Similar Products Used: kenwood 6906 doesnt have as many tweeters, and the 6908 has a better look. |

Great Highs! Very Clear! Great Value!
Weakness:
Bass doesn't hit as hard, but with a pair of subs they would be the best! I have these in my Chevy Sedan. The Highs are excellent, the bass is doesn't hit hard, but it is also very clear. There are a great pair for the money. When I bought them, they were reg. 129.99 but they were on sale for 99.99, then i got a rebate so they were 89.99. For the money they are a great pair. Very clear! They would be great with a pair of subs also. |
