The GTO16t tweeters from JBL feature domes made of Kaladex alloy, a breakthrough material that's smooth and natural with incredible UV and moisture-rejection properties, making it perfect for automotive use. In addition, these tweeters are not the more commonly used "w-domes" but actually edge-driven diaphrams with a larger voice coil, yielding increased power handling and sensitivity.
