-cool clear cone design. -great performance, at a decent price -excellent upgrade from stock speakers

At first I wasn't very impressed with these speakers. I had them running with a pair of pcx352's off my deck, and they sounded quite harsh and distorted. I must have had a speaker out of phase or something because once I hooked them to an actual amp, they sound fantastic. The amp I hooked them to is a Thump! (Mobile authority) TA1501, which provided about 40watts RMS to each speaker. This is less then these can handle, but more then the other pair so it was a good tradeoff. They sound just dandy with decent bass response, and stay clear right into the high trebel. I would recommend these speakers, but only if you use them with an actual amp. Don't run them off the deck, and they will sound way better.
