Cheap, nice to look at (until they are inside the door!), decent sound for the money.

Crossover should be smaller. Tweeter only pivots "up-down" not full 360 range of motion.

Just installed today as drop-in replacements in my SVT Contour. The install was pretty straightforward. The X-over is kind of large, making an in-door install kind of a pain (had to hacksaw off extra 'meat' from back of X-over) Upon 1st listen, I was very disappointed. The overall SPL is quite low compared to the factory speaker. However, I think that the sound quality is rather good. The stage/image is pretty good for a drop-in speaker. It would be nice if the tweeter was a 360 degree swivel instead of a 2d 180 degree swivel. I plan on juicing them up with about 25w RMS, as they are currently running from a Pioneer HU. I speculate that they are not very efficient, which explains the lack of SPL vs. stock speakers.
