I currently have infinity Kappa 693.1i on my rear deck and 42.1i in my dash and i couldn't be happier with there performance all of the highs are crystal clear and i get surprisingly good mid's and bass. I'll say the price can be a bit steep if you don't know where to look. the only complaint I have is if there is an instrument playing that reaches extremly high frequencies the sound can be piercing at high volumes.

I think that the 62.1i's r a great speaker. They deliver crystal clear highs and mid range, but they do lack a little in bass reproduction.(have a subwoofer so that really does not matter that much) Overall, although a little pricey, i would recomend them to anyone.

I currently own a the 62.1i and the 693.1i in my Honda Accord and they are great speakers for my highs. These speakers perfom bad if you do not have an external amp pushing them. I have an Infinity Kappa amp pushing these speakers and the sound couldn't be any better.
Overall, Infinity's are great speakers and don't distort at all when i drive them into the 70-100 RMS. If you want to get good sound from these speakers you have to buy an amp to drive them. If you don't it's like trying to push a car without any wheels.

Also, make sure the wires runing to your speakers are at least new 12 guage so that the sound goes from your deck to your amp and to your speakers with the best possible accuracy. If you put these spekaers in a light car or a car with old wires, you will be compromising the overall sound quality.

Strength:

none

Weakness:

distorted sound at mid volume to high volume , not as loud as polk ex and more expensive

i bought these speakers beacause i bought a new car and the old polk ex dindt fit . i chose these speakers because of their reviews . when i got them installed i was very disapointed , the polks withought an amp sounded 10 times better than the infinity kappas with a 75 watt per channel . to be honest the factory speakers are more clear and precise . unless you dont care what your music sounds like or you can afford to waste money then dont buy these .there are better speakers out there for the money
