THE UNIT IS LIKE HAVING A PERSON IN THE CAR DIRECTING YOUR TRAVEL TO YOUR DESIRED DESTINATION.I LOVED THE FACT THAT I WAS ABLE TO LISTEN TO THE MUSIC OF MY OWN CHOICE THROUGH THE MP3 PLAYER. IT WAS ESPECIALLY NICE THAT I WAS ABLE TO CONNECT MY 1GB MP3 PLAYER THRU THE USB PORT OF THE SYSTEM AND LET THE MUSIC PLAY THRU MY CAR SPEAKER SYSTEM. WHAT A GREAT SOUND!

THE WINDOW MOUNT WAS NOT VERY WELL THOUGHT OUT, BUT IT SERVES ITS PURPOSE. EVERYTHING ESLE ABOUT THE NICE MAKES UP FOR THIS.

I USED IT TO FIRST GO TO AN ADDRESS ACROSS TOWN AND IT DROVE ME RIGHT TO THE FRONT DOOR OF WHERE I WAS GOING. I THEN USED IT TO TRAVEL OUT OF TOWN AND I WAS AMAZED AT THE PERFORMANCE. THE FEMALE'S VOICE ON THE VOICE PROMPTS IS VERY PLEASANT AND THE SYSTEM WAS VERY ACCURATE, EVEN TO THE POINT OF PROMPTING ME TO GET ON THE HIGHWAY AS I RODE THE FEEDER ROAD, TRAVELING ALONG MY PROGRAMED ROUTE.

not as portable as they make it seem. very weak customer service. weak internal product knowledge. will not put multiple stops into a route to save mileage

The NICE unit it's self is great, although it does leave some things to be desired. I bought it for route guidence as a sales mans tool. I was told you could input many destinations and it would put them in order of distance, but it can't. And Support from Clarion is absolutly terrable!! I went to my local dealer and they didn't even know what correct piece was needed to recieve Sirius Satalight, Which by the way is (Clarion NavSir). And my unit has been telling me to log on to clarion.com since the begginning of the year to update my maps, but clarion doesn't have any updates on thier web site, and no one there know anything about it eigther.But other than the Terrable tech support, and lack of knowledge the unit it's self is top of the line. With a very large screen, Huge memory bank, and flexability of storage this is a great unit for getting from point A to point B When you are in unfamiliar territory!!!
