Strength:
Clear sound
Weakness:
lacks BBE I recommend this cd player to the person who wants more than a muli colored display. This radio is a solid preformer. Similar Products Used: JVC (tears up quickly) |

Strength:
Great sound quality, easy to use interface, AiNet (For addition of up to 12 changers, and the Alpine alarm system)
Weakness:
This model does not come with BBE which is Alpine's main selling feature and amazing sound quality though it still does sound good. The 7839 also comes with a remote control I paid $429 Canadian installed, I'd thoroughly reccomend it as it made my US Acoustics 6.5's and Alpine 4's a lot clearer, bringing out the mids and highs while still being able to throw some bass through my speakers, with the ability to add changers and alarms I'm very happy and it's definately worth the money. The Alpine CDA-7838 is a very nice unit overall. The output is great, and sound quality is untouched by any other deck in its price class. It has 40 watts by 4 channels, Ai CD Shuttle control for disc changers, dual switchable non-fading pre-outs, detachable face with carrying case, and a very nice touch in the volume nob. This is a cd player for any type of car, and any type of set up. |
