Believe that sound was not built to abuse it. There are consequenses, one of them is hearing loss, second is breaking windows, and the other one is that others might not like bass or super loud music that'll distract them. Anyway, I would recommend that if you have any enemies in rainy regions, you should consider sending these as a "let's be friends (snicker)" gift.
