it boost my sub at 2ohm stable w/o protecting

i still don't know..i'm afraid to burn up my amp or either my sub..iv've spent lots of money on this..

i just purchased an l7s15 4ohm baric, im just wondering, if using a lanzar heritage 2400w 2ch amp, i hooked the baric using 2ohm wiring config, but the amp is 4ohm bridgeable, i just wanna ask you if it wont to any harm on both my amp and my sub.

P.S. my amp is 2ohm stable at stereo mode...

An amp that can be ran as hard as I run them for 5 years straight is sure worth a lot more money than what I paid for this one. Highly recommended and it will pound 8s or 10s guaranteed!

None I have been extremely impressed with this amp and have never had any problems with it. I will continue to use this amp for many more years.

I am very happy with this amp. I have now used it very hard for over 5 years and I have never had a problem with this amp. I am pushing (2)10" Eclipse subs with this in a ported box. It pounds hard and is well worth the money. If you are getting a couple of 10s I highly recommend this amp. I don't know how it would do with 15s or anything bigger but I have been extremely impressed with this amp. I am now getting a new system with very high end 12s but I will continue to use this amp for all my mids and highs.

I traded a rockford 300 rms mono amp, and got this- it definitely sounds louder, but for some reason people here don't understand the value of this amp. Consider this a cheap alternative to a 400 dollar audiobahn amp. Oh, i have a kicker s15L7, and it responds nicely. I'm happy this amp was so cheap.

power vs.price

People who buy this amp to power two 15's 18's dont understand anything about the amp. This is an entry level amp not a top-of-the-line. Its only rated 2x200, which is a bit over rated,but thats the entry level game to get people who no nothing about the rating to buy their products. This is a contracted amp which means Lanzar doesn't make them they just put their name on them.If you want a Lanzar amp with real power go with the Opti series. It's made to be abused.

this amp is excelent for smaller woofers and tweeters it had good but moderate sound quality

its not "high current" AB class, it dosent claim to be. Its a good bulletproof amp for small woofers

First of all I want to say that people buy Lanzar products like this amp and dont use common since. This amp is not made to push 15 inch woofers. This is an 2 channel 600 watt amp AB class amp. This is not a freekin class D monoblock. This amp was intended for the purpose of pushing small lower power woofers or tweeters and or mid bass drivers. If you use this amp the way it was meant to be used it will preform very well. I hate these guys who want to get a amp like this and want to series wire 4 15's on it. THIS IS NOT AN HIGH CURRENT AMP. YOU DO NOT DRIVE LOW IMPEDANCE LOADS ON IT!!!! IT WILL GET HOTT AND SHUT OFF.

I have 2 JL 15 W0, these subs kick ass, except i ran them with a Vibe 240, this amp can't even power these subs very well and they are low watts subs. if they alowed me to return this peice of shiznat i would not have had it more than 10 min.

Works well and stays cool.

Soft on/off is rather loud.

I use my 240 to push one 15" MTX 5000 and I find the amp to do a great job. Of course I'm not straining the amp with that load, but the setup is great. I don't like the loud soft on/off. I find the amp and sub combo very loud and powerful. I do wish that the bass boost was variable. I haven't pushed the amp very hard yet so I can't praise it as a whole or give it high marks for overall, but for what it's being used for now it does a great job. Also I don't like that I'm yet to find the max watts @ 2Ohms,for which I've been searching for 2 months now.

Looks impressive, stays cool, decent power for the money.

Bass boost is all or nothing, mid to high distortion levels, doesn't push rated watts, and DIES!!!!!

Well, I installed this amp in my friend's car a few times. Everytime he's switch setups or vehicles I was there doing it all. It seemed to be a decent amp at first, pushing maybe 400 rms or so in mono mode. It was run to four 4 ohm Pioneer IMPP 12's, run in a series/parallel configuration for a 4 ohm mono load. Ran fine for about 9 months, never hot or anything. Then it went up in smoke when he started the car one day. The power supplies smoked. Luckly it was still under the one year warrenty, so Lanzar fixed it for the cost of shipping. That would be good, if he didn't have to send it back two more times since then to get the same thing fixed!!! We have no idea what would be wrong. All the wiring is perfect, and the amp never runs hot, or even warm. It just decides every now and then to fill his car with lots of white smoke.

If this thing never fried I would probably give it a 6 outta 10 rating, but it sucks so I have to give it the lowest possible. I have worked with a few other Lanzar Vibes, and all have had some sort of problem or another. One had RCA inputs that kept dying, and another had a bad ground to the circuit board, so it made horible alternator whine and a weird thump. Basicall, save your money and get something a little better, like Memphis, Rockford Fosgate, MTX etc. They may cost a lot more, but remember this, one of those amps ratted at 200 watts will out do most any cheap amp (Vibe, Pyramid, Legacy, Crunch, you get the drift) rated at 500 watts. I have learned over the years that deals too good to be true almost always are.

It gets hot fast and it kept turning of when i raised the volume Lansar is no good in anything

Please people buy Fosgate,Zapco or other products, just remember to pay at least a doller a Watt and your system will rock(you get what you pay for)
