Strength:
VERY STRONG AMPS. Used a kicker 360 to power 3-15"XPL IN THE BACK OF A 95 FIREBIRD(BACK SEAT REMOVED). Used a kicker 460 to power 6 sets of 6 1/2 infinity kappa componant sets. This set up was good for a 148.8 Db on dash and was as clear as a crystel bell.
Weakness:
recommend a 2nd batt. and a good alt. in the car. I feel that for the money and trouble with other amps, you could not go wrong with purchasing this amp. This amp is rated at 360 wats X 1 into 4ohms, but when it was on the test bench in monroe LA it done a WOPPING 592.3 watts X 1 into 2.88ohms Similar Products Used: PPI 2075, ORION 2100 HCCA, PUNCH 90, audio art 50HC, AND KICKER 240, |

Strength:
It's made by Kicker, that says enough. A great amp, plenty of power since it's underated by quite a bit. My friend has this beast pushin two 8ohm Cerwin Vega, vega series subs. It does a number on them, louder then my two 8ohm Kicker XPL's powered by an Infinity Kappa 202A amp pushin 600 watts rms.
Weakness:
none to think of like i said Kicker makes quality everythin, have the XPL subs and i have no complaints. If i were to do it agian i would prolly get this amp to power my subs. I've seen it around at the local stereo shops for about $300 dollars which is a pretty sweet deal. Similar Products Used: RF. 500a2, Infinity Kappa202A |

This amp is great. Powerful and perfect. It really will push about 210watts x 2 channels RMS @ 4ohm Stereo, wihout breaking a sweat. (I could only imagine the power at the 1ohm it can handle). I bought the amp because I wanted to go with more power for my Component system, well, it literally smoked that component set at half gain and half volume of the headunit. I since then have replaced my Components with better ones that are about the most powerhungry on the market and the amp still has the potontial to smoke these if I raised the gain past 50%. Great amp, great price, HIGHLY RECOMMEND for lower powered subs or HIGHpowered FrontStage uses. |

Strength:
Very Powerful, I got 2 12"Cerwin Vega-Vega series and it pushes them better than any other higher power amps I had.
Weakness:
Heats up when brigged at 2 ohms, draws ALOT of power from your alternator. Must own a strike cap!! It hasnt givin me any trouble for 2 years, and my friend owned it for about a year before i got it and he never had any trouble either. Overall, Its a great amplifier, I would suggest it to everybody Similar Products Used: Better than Orion 600, mtx 4oo, better than any amp i had forhe seprice |

Strength:
Very strong and underated. Very simple and easy to use. It aint even close to 180x2 at 2 Ohms
Weakness:
It can heat up when you bridge it into 2 ohms but it takes a while for that to happen. You are goign to need a capicitor. I wasnt sure if this amp was powerful enough to push my 2 kappa perfect 12 subs. I bought the amp anyways and then hooked it up into 4 Ohms and it sounded pretty good. Then I briged it into 2 Ohms and that was louder than hell. I couldnt listen to it all the way up for too long cause my left ear kept on hurting all day. My subs looked like they were about ready to jump out of the box too. I couldnt stop at a stop sign for very long with the stereo up though because the amp sucks up too much juice. It would probably be a good idea to get a capcitor if you get this amp. At night my light dim really bad. Similar Products Used: JL, Crunch, Lanzar, Profile, The JL is a good amp but the crunch heated up waaaaayyyy to fast and never cut out. It was about ready to start a fire. The Lanzar vibes all cut out and where crap. The profiles were alright but Kicker zr360 was superior to everything. |
