Strength:
Lots of power for a lower wattage rating amp. Good clean and tight bass.
Weakness:
NADA I love it, I actually traded 2 Kicker Impulse 12"''s for it brand new. it hits my pioneer 12" HARD, a little too hard sometimes because the sub is old. I have it crossed through an MTX variable crossover, hits solid and seems to be a good solid amp like Kicker has always made. But one if you can find one. Looks, power, overall performance.
Weakness:
None I know of... Heres the story. I went into stereo plus and was in the market for buying a amp to push 2 jl audio 10w4's. When I got out of the car I heard the windows in the store vibrating. I walked in and felt the vibration as the speakers in the showroom were hitting. I told the guy what I was looking for and he showed me eveything he had to push my jl's then last but not least he showed me the kicker 252. I asked him what did he have playing as I walked in and he said this amp and then he proved it. He had the 252 bridged pushing 2 12" kicker comps. You talk about hitting hard. I luckily bought one of the last two he had in stock. Similar Products Used: Any smaller wattage amp |
