Looks, definatly. Has a GREAT amount of power, more than any other 400 watt. amp that I have ever heard! 1 ohm stable, which few amps are. I can drive(2) 2-ohm woofers with the amp in MONO!!!

I use to have this amp hooked up to (2) 10" Rockford Fosgate Punch DVC's, and it was hard to beat! I had them both hooked up to one channel (bridged) and it was pulling 1 ohm. It has never overheated, or shut down for any reason. This amp is awesome, especially for the price ($180 at www.woofersetc.com). I would but another one in a heartbeat.

i have it hooked up to my 4 omhs 12w0 jl and this thing pound so hard that everybody thinks i have 2 12 in the back of my ZX2 so the amp makes the difference and with 400 watts i thaught it would blew my sub out of the box. This amp really rocks for the price and if want lots of power without copromising sound qulity this is the amp for you cause at that price i suggest u get more then 1. Just baught 600.4 as well and hooked up 2 8w3 and 525 cs on it.

Good Looking, Stable with low loads(2ohm MONO), Clean bass (VERY CLEAN) I got it at dealer cost from a dealer friend of mine, I prefer not to say who. It has great frequency response and the RCA pass through is a great feature, keeps me from underloading head unit impedance and maintains Preout voltage.

Cosmetics tend to scratch and blue paint/?anodizing? is subject to heat discoloration. Bass boost is kinda bastardizing a great amp.( I have it at 0dB, cuz bass boost is lame)

Like I said I paid dealer cost plus shipping as I got it from a friend on the internet who deals in all kinds of wholesale car audio equipment, although the price was low, after using the amp, and seeing it in person (pictures don't do it justice) If I had the $419 USD to pay for it retail, I would have chosen it over some other amps. It also is a great parter for a pair of 12" Pioneer Diamondplate subwoofers (TS-W303C) 150wrmsx2 @ 4ohm is just slightly underpowering the pioneers (160wrms) but the rated wattages are far below what the amp puts out... although surprisingly I bridged the Autotek into a single pioneer... and it took it, (almost 350wrms!) cleanly, near 0 distortion... not too much drain from the battery either(the reason I say 350wrms because I was running it in the house and only had 12v from a battery)So if you are shopping for an amp to have great cosmetic appeal with the SQ to back it up, the Autotek SS series amps are GREAT! Although the retail price per watt is high for this amp class I still say BUY ONE!

Rockwood Sniper Series 2070, doesn't even compare, different world... the rockwood blew up so quickly that I was ashamed to even have bought it... teach me for buying from flea markets/travelling sales events.

I like the looks and the size. It is good clean power and pushes most subs good. This is an amp that I would use for sound quality competitions.

For the size it could put out a little bit more power.

For the price i paid for it i would probaly get a couple more to use for a sound quality car. It is deffinatly an amp that I would recommend to a person looking for an amp that performs well and looks great. For the competitions I'll stick with the higher current amps. The more power for a better price will sell the amp faster than it can be produced.

I have 4 u.s. amps u.s.400x which cost 3 times the price but you can get a u.s. 150 for $300.00 and it puts out the same power if not more. It also has cleaner sound too.

This is a VERY GOOD amp. It is one ohm stable in stereo and two ohm stable mono. Eventhough the instruction manual says not to bridge lower than four ohms mono, I have mine bridged two ohm mono and it NEVER gets hot or shutsdown. Puts out clean power and does what the specs say (maybe more). From what I understand they are underrated too so that means even more power. It is an excellent amp. I paid $250 for it new. One can't beat the fine quality and flexibility of this amp for that price.

This amp is the best for the money! It puts out alot of clean power. It has never overheated (hasn't even come close). It looks great chrome plated with electric blue looks really nice. Carries the Autotek name of awesome performance.
