Strength:

Inexpensive. Small size.

Weakness:

Power output is a weak. No low-end punch. Subwoofer channel is barely audible. Hi-pass X-over is not adjustable.

Paid $220. Recommended if you just want to add a little more juice to your stock system, but it lacks peak power and low-end punch. Not recommended for serious audiophiles or folks who are sound quality concious. The sub-woofer channel is running a JL10-W-0 in a .75cf. box-barely audible except for on heavy bass CD's.

Strength:

Awesome price for five channels. Good clear sound, no clipping at high volumes. Great component speaker.

Weakness:

first off, dont let 75*4, 180*1 fool you, that is peak, continuous is about 40*4 and 90*1, so dont expect ear bleeding sound levels. Good amp for people who like music but dont like to spend alot of money

It is very inexpensive first of all. As soon as I saw a 5 channel for $249 i jumper on it. I am very in to music and how it sounds so i wanted an amp for my 10" RF punch and my for Eclispe 5*7's but i didnt want to take that much room. This worked perfect!

not 2 ohm load stable

I love this amp because i only paid 180 for a 300 watt 5 channel amp.I read other reviews that said its no powerhouse.Well...i am running 4 12's and my factory 6 1/2 and pioneer 4 way 6x9's. The amp powers all 8 speakers loud enough to hurt your ears.

i've used higher powered 4 channel amps before, neither compare to this flex 5

Strength:

price was great, small design, speaker quality

Weakness:

not great for someone who wants good bass.

great for running speakers. a good starter amp for running a sub or two. I'm into sound quality more than booming bass. it made my speakers sound super clear. I did buy an Alpine mono amp for my subs in order to tighten up the bass a little.

built in amp of head unit on alpine 45X4. my speakers got twice as clear. Alpine mono amp. mono amp made bass alot louder and tighter.
