Motivation comes from a 2.2-liter diesel four-cylinder with either 148 or 187 horsepower; the gasoline option is a Ford-sourced 2.0-liter EcoBoost inline-four developing 237 horsepower with EPA estimates to be 19 mpg city / 28 mpg highway.
