Strength:
-Simplicity, in every sense of the word. -Turning Radius (the closest thing to it was my Grandpa's '86 Blazer) -Non-conformist styling -Gas Mileage -Ease of Loading (I can fit my 49cc scooter in the back and close all the doors.)
Weakness:
It's not a 4WD in the purists mind, I would like to push a button and see that little green light telling me I'm in 4WD as apposed to just trusting that it will "sense slippage." But it works, I took my Element up a 30 degree incline in the Moon Dust of South West Idaho. It actually suprised me how well it did. I needed a new vehicle that I could be rough with. My favorite up until I found the Element was the Mazda Tribute, after I found the Element there was absolutely no competition. The Element handles better and pretty much begs you to abuse it. The interior room is incredible I'm a tall guy and I cannot touch the front seats with my knees while sitting in the back no matter how much leaning I do (the theater style seating adds a touch of class). Another good thing is the flooring, I can't look a carpeted SUV the same again. It just makes sense to not carpet a car that you want to use. The seats are incredibly easy to maneuver. I'll bet when the designers for America's top three got their first look at the Element there was a collective "DUH, we should've thought of that." If you want to see just how well it's built and designed, look up installation insructions for speakers. You can do it yourself in five minutes, regardless if you have the DX or EX. Strength:
Great gas mileage, incredible sound system, turns on a dime (my buddy even noticed it has a tighter turning radius than his Civic!) Extremely useful for moving, camping, shopping...etc.
Weakness:
Because of its size, you will notice buffeting on the highway in strong winds, but no more than any other truck or minivan. I am in the military, and needed a vehicle to haul gear to different parts of the country. I am an outdoor person, so I wanted a vehicle that would be able to carry my mountain bike, diving gear, camping gear etc. That fact that it can be used as a base camp rocks! The stereo is by far the best factory system I have ever heard. I have used my vehicle to transport myself and my gear all over Ontario, Quebec, and New Brunswick. It has been used to move furniture and even a deep freeze. Functional is definitely an understatement! Here in Canada it gets quite cold in the winter and hot in the summer....and I was a bit worried that because of the vast cargo space and interior room that it would take forever to heat up or cool down, so it has come as a pleasant surprise to see how fast it warms up in cold weather, and cools down in heat waves! Honda has definitely outdone themselves with this vehicle. Similar Products Used: Honda CRV |

Strength:
Many comparing to other vehicles
Weakness:
None It is the best vehicle i ever driven. It is more like my own baby. I do not care some people don't like it. There are always hard feelings agaist new revolution. That is common. It is a neo-classic style on the road. it is stable, easy to handle, comfortable, and much fun to drive than many other vehicles. Plus i love the exterior and interior design concept. That is a revolution. Similar Products Used: Explorer, Camery, Accord, Eclipse, Lexus |

Honda Element Ex 4wd
Strength:
Versatile, comfortable, dependable, and affordable.
Weakness:
Can't let a rear passenger without taking my seatbelt off. Wish there was a sunroof up front for me. Everyone needs to understand that this vehicle is not a suburban!!!! Stop putting the fact that the Element only carries four people as a weakness. It's more like a jeep (which holds four) than a suburban. In all this vehicle is by far the best Honda realeased vehicle. I have owned 53 vehicles in my time and if I had to pick one to be the best, it would be a close race for first with my 1970 Dodge Challenger 440. It just does it all, what more could we ask. |

Honda Element EX
Strength:
Utalitarian new look and functionality. It is very cool inside and very spacious. Seats fold all the way flat to 180 degrees - good for naps and camping (and any other 180 degrees activity). Back seats can be folded to the side or removed completely. Great car for young family with up to 2 children. No more paying fees to transport minor furniture purchases/TVs etc...
Weakness:
Can only seat 4. Keyless entry is not included in the price - it is optional. This is one cool vehicle! My husband wanted one for the longest time, so I finally surprised him for his b-day. I was tired of finding the catalog everywhere around the house (and in every restroom). I traded in Cadi Catera for it - not sorry one bit. We got it in sunset orange - 270 V stereo rocks! Everyone wants one of these cars. Similar Products Used: We had a lot of sedans, but never SUV - truck. |

Honda Element EX
Strength:
Design, handling, and function.
Weakness:
Limited for those with more than 4 needing to go someplace. The car has everything else in spades. When I saw the photos taken at a car show a couple of years back of the Element, I asked who would buy a car like this. Having seen them on the road and taken a personal close look, I drove one and later took my wife to check it out. I am getting close to 50 years old and have owned plenty of cars. The Element is more fun, stands out for its functional design, and is proving to be one of my happiest auto purchases. Fit and finish are excellent. Ride and handling superior. The car is made to use and not just to look at. I cannot say enough about how much I enjoy driving it and while some of my associates have taken some pot shots for being very "odd"......my guess is more cars like this will follow from the industry in coming years. My first Honda. Great car. Similar Products Used: none |

Honda Element
Strength:
Fuel efficient (40 MPG in local driving in ABQ, NM) Firm, smooth, comfortable drive Earth friendly "Unique" appearance
Weakness:
4 person occupancy limit (unless someone sits in an unsafe place) A good thing. Relatively inexpensive, solid construction, good design, and comes from the most Earth Friendly automotive company. Good for camping & road trips of small groups. Very utilitarian (like an SUV and a Minivan merged with a swiss army knife) Similar Products Used: No, I'm not on the Honda Payroll. Just a happy and satisfied customer. :P |

Honda Element 4Wheel/Auto
Strength:
This vehicle is unique in so many ways and that's why we love it. It happens to also drive and handle very well. It is utilitarian as well as funky to drive. The cool people find it cool and the square people find it too square, which of course makes my son very pleased and thankful for this wonderful Honda product. By the way I am a retired High School teacher with a degree in Math and psychology and can tell you that the fellow knocking this car over and over again is both ignorant and insecure. Element Envy, I'd say.
Weakness:
None that I can see. Hi Honda Element Owners, I am the proud father of an Element owner. My 22 year old son ,with my help, purchased his Element April 30th 2003. So far he is still in his element. This is a wonderful vehicle. We both love it. The jerk who keeps knocking it has Element Envy. (EE) Similar Products Used: None, this vehicle is just too unique. |
