Very fast, very stable car, my first car but not the only one i have drivin but this is a very great car.
Weakness:
Had to replace the power steering pump two times but after the second time no problems. other then that no problems Great car overall! I'm sixteen and this is a great car for me! I have the 16 valve 2.0 liter no turbo (yet). I didn't know how to drive a stick till i got this car. Very easy to learn except for the couple times i cooked the tires. But i kinda did that on purpose. I plan on doing a couple things to it, greddy exhaust system, dc sports headers, and maybe turbo. Don't know if i am going to put some rims on it yet though. Planning on getting it faster not prettier. Similar Products Used: 94 Honda civic |

Plymouth Laser RS Turbo AWD
Strength:
I removed the boost restrictor for 2-3 more lbs of boost, l got rid of the catalytic converter, and put on a Reactive exhaust system. Great car for teens, not so good if you have a family.
Weakness:
Timing belt broke and bent my valves, head gasket blew out, and excestive tire wear(Thats my fault :P) AWESOME CAR! It's insanely fast, and since mine is AWD, I kill the Rustangs and the Camaros like they were nothing. The Turbo model is wicked! I can't say how much I love this car!!! Its awesome on gas, the car is very responsive(Even at insanely high speeds), and the clutch and tranny still work as if l bought the car brand-spanking-new. nice stock 198hp turbo engine, fasttttt
Weakness:
Not many body kits out there, gotta get body molding to do it yourself. This car is mad fast. I can run with stangs and eat them up. I even ran with a vette but lose but it was fun. There is alot of sh!t you can do to it to make it even faster and I think I may do it for fun. I've beat sum hondas but the bad thing about the car is that it's a wonderful Automatic AHHHH!!! it only has 100,342 miles on it though. very quick off the line. AWD would be better. great shifting and tranny. engine is small but reliable after 100,000 miles. sips gas.
Weakness:
no turbo(yet)way too small if you have a family. front seats are too padded in the lower back. quite a bit of money stuck into small problems. sucks to learn how to drive stick with. you have no idea how many times i lit up the tires learning. great car for a teen. i'm 16 and this car can keep up if not beat most of the cars at my school. i have the 1.8 liter and this thing still has get up and go. fast and easy to modify
Weakness:
wow, alternator, starter, belts, cradle split in half due to obscene clutch dumpings, turbo was to sweet. Well, what can I say, it was fast untill the syncros went. Then I got rid of it. I had installed a larger down pipe, punched out the catalytic convertor, installed a sport cheapy muffler, removed the restrictions in the intake piping, threw on a k&n filter and removed the restrictor for 2-3 pounds of extra boost. I also gave it new cap rotor wires plugs and fuel filter for my 2wd. I smoked alot of mustangs but could not hang with camaros(96 and up).197,000 miles when I junked it. Yes the turbo and motor were still good and yes I do realize I'm a moron for not keeping it! Similar Products Used: 1995 pontiac grand am |

Strength:
Really fun to drive, good on turns, really fast, great engine and tranmission, best car ever if it has turbo.
Weakness:
the back seat sucks alot cause it is so damn small. some what of a gas guzzler if u have turbo and if u are pushin it alot. I got my car when it only had 60,000 miles on it and since its a '93 it still runs like new. Mine is a 2.0L Turbo and boy is it fast!! it really picks up in 2nd gear.it will beat any civic or other rice crap. Also its a 5 spd manual. Similar Products Used: None, this is my first car |
