from Guelph Infiniti Niss Year / Model Reviewed: 2002 Infiniti QX4 Summary: I just purchased my QX4 2 weeks ago driving it over 1200 miles to my home from the Canadian Dealer. The AWD handled the 9 inches of snow and freezing rain very well. The xenon headlights provide a lot more visability than standard headlights. There is no body lean like most other SUVS. Well constructed tight fitting doors. The leather seats are supportive during long rode trips and have many possible adjustments. Visability out the rear window is much better than other SUVs I''ve driven. Parking doesn''t seem any more difficult than a sedan. The overall size and length of the QX4 is perfect as long as you don''t intend on hauling a lot of people or large bulky items. The engine seems to have plenty of power for passing and freeway merging, its also relatively quiet with little road noise. The ride is a little bumpy when driving over rough surfaces, but this is not a luxury car! The interior look is hot! After doing a lot of research and comparisons I felt the Infiniti had the most to offer in terms of safety, quality, service, warranty and luxury for this class of SUV. So far I couldn''t be any happier with my choice. Check it out! Strengths: Solid feel, Luxurious interior, I have the black on black, its awesome! Quality sounding Bose radio. I was able to save thousands by purchasing the QX4 in Canada. The salesman at the dealership was very customer oriented. If anyone wants to save thousands of $ e-mail me and I will give you details on the Canadian purchase and dealer contact. This savings is also available on Nissan products. Weaknesses: Cheap plastic door handles look tacky for this luxury vehicle. Rear view mirror should be automatic adjusting. Frequent trips to the gas station for premium gas. This can partly be solved by locating a discount station that sells premium at regular prices. Similar Products Used: Jeep Grand Cherokee
