$19000.00 Year / Model Reviewed: 2000 Cirrus LXI Summary: I give this car a one star. After 8 months (purchased brand new) the tranny had to be replaced because of slipping and not knowing what gear to be in when slowing down. The power steering had to be replaced also. Two months later the tranny had to be replaced again because the deferencial rod went through the casing, and guess what...once again the tranny needs to be replaced because of the slipping of gears when slowing down. Oh, and the door was a completely different color of Taupe than the rest of the car. I am the only driver of this car and am very particular when it comes to the care of this vehicle. So far, this is going to be the 4th tranny this car has seen since the assembly line. Is it a lemon? Or are the transmissions crap in these cars. I heard of this problem with the 2000's, but figured it wouldn't happen to me. Guess I was wrong. Strengths: Nice leather seats Weaknesses: Transmission is faulty Similar Products Used: None
