Price Paid:  $35.00 from private owner

Year / Model Reviewed:
1998 Honda Prelude

Summary:
Great product. Just put it on last week and can I feel my prelude hit the turns. I feel more connected on the road and steering wheel is more control during fast turns. And I only have neuspeed springs. Can not wait till I get my koni shocks and progress rear sway bar.

Review 2 of 28

Price Paid:  $70.00 from ebay

Year / Model Reviewed:
1997 prelude SH

Summary:
When i first drove my car after the 5 minutes it took to install i was amazed. It adds to the great handling that the 5th gen lude already has. You can feel the difference at high speeds and low speeds. This is the best strut bar for the buck compared to others. I recomend this for any car.

Strengths:
stiffens up the body, looks great under the hood, easy bolt on

Weaknesses:
none

Review 3 of 28

Price Paid:  $0.00

Year / Model Reviewed:
2003 Acura TL S-Type

Summary:
Purchased Neuspeed Part number 35.20.96 and paid $130.00 for part and installation(10 minutes). The TL S-type already comes with a factory installed front strut tower brace. The Neuspeed strut tower brace goes behind the factory strut tower brace. Handling was much improved with the addition of the second tower brace and was noticeable. I currently have factory wheels, tires and shocks. This is my second Neuspeed Strut tower brace. My first one was installed on my Four Cylinder,96 Accord Coupe and it improved the handling as well. I researched the other strut braces made by other manufacturers and Neuspeed was best for design(no hinges), craftsmanship(quality welding), ease of install(may need a jack to lift vehicle partially to assist in making the brace fit) and reasonable price. It is not the most expensive strut brace on the market, but it is probably the best built tower brace.

Strengths:
Quality no hinge design and craftsmanship. Availble in black and chrome

Weaknesses:
Should be availble for other makes besides Honda/Acura and VW/Audi

Similar Products Used:
Recommendation: When possible, have it installed by a professional technician with the right tools and techniques to get it installed properly in a timely manner.

Review 4 of 28

Price Paid:  $94.00 from nopi

Year / Model Reviewed:
 97 Prelude

Summary:
I got the black strut bar for my car and it was top quality. Looks good, solid and strong. Install was a pain though, had to make the thing go in but i guess thats good because it means its really tight in there and holds the struts together. As for driving, the thing helps. Not a huge difference but high speed turns feel more stable. I was squealing my tires and didn't notice how fast i was going, whereas before you would notice instability.

Strengths:
Strong, cheaper than most others. Looks good, noticeable change.

Weaknesses:
None right now.

Review 5 of 28

Price Paid:  $99.00 from e3racing.com

Year / Model Reviewed:
 97 Accord LX V4

Summary:
I just got back from installing this bar on my Honda, and driving it, i figured since i just had a wheel alignment done on the car, it would help alot to keep the wheels aligned... wow it was awesome, i did full almost 90 degree turns at 40 mph and still no tire squeel, takes ALOT of understeer out, and the car feels so light, you can move steering left and right and car goes with it. GREAT PRODUCT worth the money if you have the right tools, taking the nuts off is not a piece of cake but, doesn't involve jacking the car up, i did it while it was parked took me less then 15 mins to complete.

Strengths:
Takes alot of understeer out from my model. Looks great under hood Works great with my stock setup and wheel alignment just done. Ability to take turns HARD, without any tire squeel Take a full turn with alot more confidence... Car feels like its new again,

Weaknesses:
None so far, although i would like a rear one to go with it, but the front is all done

Similar Products Used:
None (why would you go with something cheaper?)
