Summary:
I have been extremely disappointed with this Thule product. I am an avid surfer and travel approximately 120 milees one way to reach my surf spots. I have been let down by the Thule racks actually breaking and not being able to transport my board(s) to or from. In addition I have had the rubber straps break while tying down the boards and nearly rebound and hit me in the head. I have had the product replaced once free of charge and have recently called Thule for another replacement about 3 months ago and have not recieved the item that they said they woulld send. Thule does not stand behind this product and has cost me some great days of surfing over the past few months. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Weaknesses:
EVERYTHING - Straps bust and come slinging back with a fury. Cradles bust left and right. What a junker.
