Review 2 of 85

Price Paid:  $200.00

Year / Model Reviewed:
1994 Honda Accord EX

Summary:
Nice subs. I've had 4 of these subs since 96 and they are great. I would love some w3s or w6s but for now these are just fine. They hit pretty hard and drop pretty low as well. They do cut out on some notes. I have a small RF 360a2 pushing them and am very pleased with the sound. You defintely can hear these subs coming down the street. They're better than some RFs I've tried. The voice coils on the subs have burnt off a couple of times but have been able to be repaired. Other than that I love these subs.

Strengths:
Nice low bass when they drop and can definitely be felt when they hit. If you want people to hear you coming down the street and rattle window panes and home interior in your house these are the subs that will do it and not leave you broke.

Review 4 of 85

Price Paid:  $0.00

Summary:
I bought 3 12wo(Power wedge box) and alpine 1500W bridged amp for $700 Can. Holy Loud!!! They are rated 125rms each, but handle the power fine. Best spl 142.5DB. I think sealed with high powered amp is the way to go. My 4 10wo ported didn't like the alpine.

Strengths:
Cheap(Great entry level sub) Effective Better than anything I've heard in the price range.(Even with the old design that it is) The w3 and w6 can only be that much better

Weaknesses:
N/A For the price. What more do you want for the $$$.

Review 5 of 85

Price Paid:  $300.00 from audio experts

Year / Model Reviewed:
2003 jl audio 10wo

Summary:
Ive had my subs for about a week know, o cant believe how hard these little 10"s pound. I have 3of them behind my seats with a bolt 1050 watt amplifier. I can crank them up to full knotch and they have no distortion that the ear can hear. My sister got some rockford fosgates which don't sound as loud nor as clean as these 10 wo's do. I recomend them to anyone with little money to spear that wants massive bass.

Strengths:
Huge bass Very little distortion clean crisp sound good power handling

Weaknesses:
haven't found any yet

Similar Products Used:
bolt 1050 mono amp
