Price Paid:  $150.00 from friend

Year / Model Reviewed:
2002 S15L7

Summary:
This subwoofer is a good choice. i have 1 of theese in a 6 cu. ft ported box and it fills up my entire trunk. It is loud, but i used to have an old cerwin vega stroker 15, and that was noticebly louder than the kicker. still a good buy but not as loud as most people say.

Strengths:
gets those low notes that most subs can't

Weaknesses:
frequency range

Similar Products Used:
15" Cerwin Vega Stroker

Review 4 of 47

Price Paid:  $280.00 from ebay

Year / Model Reviewed:
2005 15 inch L7

Summary:
These things are insane!!! I got two 15 l7's in a sealed box, powered by a hifonics bx 1500 d. The bass gets so damn deep n loud, when I park in the driveway and turn it up, it shakes the entire interior of my house!! As a matter of fact, they knocked a picture off the wall in the basement...No lie!! Im about to get a custom ported box because people say they r louder, will review again once i get it

Strengths:
Incredible, ridiculous bass levels. Can feel the air move inside my car from the pressure the subs create. Great looks too

Weaknesses:
Hell naw

Similar Products Used:
round solo baric 15, the L7 destroys it in every way.

Review 5 of 47

Price Paid:  $275.00 from Visions

Year / Model Reviewed:
1993 Integra Rs

Summary:
wow, what an amazing subwoofer.. none of my friends get rides from me anymore because they always complain about headaches and such after riding with me. i'm running it in a 2.5 cu. ft. sealed box, with a 500.1 rf power amp... that's half the recommended rms... in a tiny box. i went to an spl comp and i hit 140 db... 140 in a box that's way too small, and an amp that's HALF the rms suggested... if you ask me that's pretty impressive. as for daily driving, it works well, except for the slightly small freq. range, which is easy to deal with with a few kicker midbass drivers (highly recommended)

Strengths:
VERY VERY LOUD!! excellent subwoofer.. highly highly recommeded for anyone who is serious about car audio

Weaknesses:
small freq range.. but i'm really nit picking here... it's a VERY SOLID sub

Similar Products Used:
jbl? gahaha you suckers can't even TOUCH kicker... go home.. maybe next year you can try out.. but good luck, kicker is UNBEATABLE
