Review 1 of 2

Summary:
Got it as part of a package with a CDX-600 CD changer, some $300 I think. Not a bad deal at all. Very happy with it to date. Has very good reception and the sound is very clear, improved over the stock system without changing out the speakers.

Strengths:
Good sound quality. Especially nice when combined with the remote commander. Controls are OK. Doesn't have that glittery video-game look to it.

Weaknesses:
Hate that doggoned screen saver with a vengeance!!! Would be nice to have Dolby. Construction of the faceplate feels a little... weak, like I'm going to break it if I push a button too hard.

Similar Products Used:
Stock Subaru system, '95 Legacy.

Summary:
Good overall just hook up some 12's, an amp, and a cd changer and your ready. instead of buying a cd receiver and a changer just pick this up for 150 and you have a system.
