Review 1 of 68

Price Paid:  $48000.00

Year / Model Reviewed:
2003 FX-35

Summary:
This is the most amazing vehicle I have owned since getting my license in 1965. It looks agressive but isn't. It looks fast and is. It feels like it was designed with actual people in mind. My wife adores the remote lever to flip the rear seats down, as well as being able to adjust the seats / controls / gauges for her own liking. I can set those things for my own use and it's all in memory.

Strengths:
Great and unusual - not your "typical run-of-the-mill" look. More than enough power. VERY quick response. Unbelievable cornering. This thing is glued to the road. Feel like I got a Porsche at a bargin price.

Weaknesses:
Those tires look like a second mortgage to replace. Some of the plastic could be a bit better quality for this kind of money - but: Who's perfect ?

Review 2 of 68

Price Paid:  $0.00

Year / Model Reviewed:
2003 QX4

Summary:
I'M SHOCKED! I resently read one posting that stated the QX4 2003 is the last and will be replaced by another model. I recetnly purchased my QX4 in June 2003. I absolutely enjoy this vehicle! My husband and I considered many other SUVs that we have test driven and our last stop was the Infinity QX4. We were so delighted with this vehicle that I have set my mind for this to be my future choice for another SUV (after about 5 years with my 2003 QX4). WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT TO FIND OUT THIS IS NOT AN OPTION! Hopefully the manufacturers will wake up and realize that is a mistake.

Weaknesses:
None

Review 4 of 68

Price Paid:  $37195.00 from Motor Werks, Barring

Summary:
Bought my QX4 with the premium package, power sunroof, heated seats package, two-tone paint and rear window wind deflector. The car rides like a dream. Handles well. Haven''t driven in snow yet but I''m sure that the vehicle will handle well. Comes with all the bells and whistles. Very comfortable.

Strengths:
Handling, quiet and comfortable.

Weaknesses:
I have only 1 complaint. This is the lack of leg room in the back seat. I guess there is another concern is the gas milege but what SUV gets good gas milege? We buy these vehicles because we feel safer in them driving in winter conditions in Illinois.

Have owned prior- Chevy blazer and Olds Bravada.

Review 5 of 68

Price Paid:  $29500.00 from Guelph Infiniti Niss

Year / Model Reviewed:
2002 Infiniti QX4

Summary:
I just purchased my QX4 2 weeks ago driving it over 1200 miles to my home from the Canadian Dealer. The AWD handled the 9 inches of snow and freezing rain very well. The xenon headlights provide a lot more visability than standard headlights. There is no body lean like most other SUVS. Well constructed tight fitting doors. The leather seats are supportive during long rode trips and have many possible adjustments. Visability out the rear window is much better than other SUVs I''ve driven. Parking doesn''t seem any more difficult than a sedan. The overall size and length of the QX4 is perfect as long as you don''t intend on hauling a lot of people or large bulky items. The engine seems to have plenty of power for passing and freeway merging, its also relatively quiet with little road noise. The ride is a little bumpy when driving over rough surfaces, but this is not a luxury car! The interior look is hot! After doing a lot of research and comparisons I felt the Infiniti had the most to offer in terms of safety, quality, service, warranty and luxury for this class of SUV. So far I couldn''t be any happier with my choice. Check it out!

Strengths:
Solid feel, Luxurious interior, I have the black on black, its awesome! Quality sounding Bose radio. I was able to save thousands by purchasing the QX4 in Canada. The salesman at the dealership was very customer oriented. If anyone wants to save thousands of $ e-mail me and I will give you details on the Canadian purchase and dealer contact. This savings is also available on Nissan products.

Weaknesses:
Cheap plastic door handles look tacky for this luxury vehicle. Rear view mirror should be automatic adjusting. Frequent trips to the gas station for premium gas. This can partly be solved by locating a discount station that sells premium at regular prices.

Similar Products Used:
Jeep Grand Cherokee GMC Jimmy Chevy Blazer All were vacation rental vehicles
