Very good car rental company with a large fleet of rental cars provides a variety of choices. The best feature is (if you are a #1 Club Gold member) pick up and drop-off of the rental car without having to stand in line at the service desk. Strengths:
Customer service, large fleet, lots of local locations beyond the airport. An example of customer service is when the local office next to the airport has the car ready for me upon request. This saves me time and effort by avoiding the hassle and time accessing the airport rental office location. Weaknesses:
Sometimes consistency with customer service isn't the best. Similar Products Used:
