I have found the best rates here, however, you get what you pay for. The cars are relatively new of course, but the customer service is poor. I have used this company twice, two different locations and the golden rule just does not seem to apply here. Strengths: Great rates and clean cars. Weaknesses: They won't bring you another vehicle unless the one you have just doesn't work period. It does not matter if it's malfunctioning to where you are uneasy about driving it. You may however, drive it out of your way to the only location open after normal hours and exchange it yourself (even if you may end up on the side of the freeway - then they'll send someone).
Apparently it is also their policy, if you have an issue after the fact, to interrogate you and be extraordinarily rude. Even when complaining to the V.P.'s office, I only got an apology for the misunderstanding and not the managers behavior when I was trying to straighten things out. The managers behavior is why I will never go back again.
