Summary:
NEVER AGAIN!!!! RENTING WITH DOLLAR WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! THE SHUTTLE BUS WAS 45MINUTES LATE. THEIR LOT IS LOCATED FAR OUTSIDE THE AIRPORT IN A VERY DIFFICULT LOCATION. THE CARE BROKE DOWM WHILE I WAS USING IT ANS THEY HAD TO GIVE MEW ANOTHER ONE AND MADE BE PAY FOR IT. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EMPLYEES WERE SOME OF THE RUSEDST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER COME IN CONTACT WITH. I WIL NEVER EVER EVER RENT FROM DOLLAR!!!

Summary:
I reserved a van a week ahead. Got to location, after long wait they tried really hard to get me to upgrade. I declined, so they tell me to either pay and upgrade or take downgrade to something else. I left, called their 800 number and was asked to go back. I did, unfortunately, I also agreed to upgrade and pay more. 2hrs later, after all sorts of excuses they say the upgrade is also not available. Bottom line, I wasted over 4 hrs over there and walked away. DO NOT RENT FROM DOLLAR. Absolutely horrible customer service. Rude staff who need training.
