$0.00 Summary: I reserved a van a week ahead. Got to location, after long wait they tried really hard to get me to upgrade. I declined, so they tell me to either pay and upgrade or take downgrade to something else. I left, called their 800 number and was asked to go back. I did, unfortunately, I also agreed to upgrade and pay more. 2hrs later, after all sorts of excuses they say the upgrade is also not available. Bottom line, I wasted over 4 hrs over there and walked away. DO NOT RENT FROM DOLLAR. Absolutely horrible customer service. Rude staff who need training. Strengths: None Weaknesses: Customer service.
