Review 2 of 8

Price Paid:  $230.00

Year / Model Reviewed:
 2000 10" HX2

Summary:
I have 2 120" rockford HX2's in the trunk of a 99 2 door civic. I wanted some amazing sound quality but also wanted big bass, so I bough some boston mids and tweets for my high end and this system sounds absolutely amazing. I'm running my 2 10' off the rockford punch 1100a2 and it runs them amazing. Super lound clean and clear bass, realy nice bass response. I'm so glad I got these subs and amp I can tell people I have 2 15's and they'll believe me just because this was such a well built sub. If you want a loud very responsive bassy sub this is a very good choice. I'd recomend these subs to anybody with any music listening tastes.

Strengths:
-I have 2 10" rockford hx2's in the trunk of a 1999 honda civie si and they pound
-nice tight bass
-super loud
-hit extremely low
-awesome built sub
-realy do hit hard

Weaknesses:
-they're going to make me deaf soon

Similar Products Used:
-12" jl W0's ( suck )
-1 15" rockford xlc ( too deep, not very practical )

 RF POWER DVC 12

Summary:
if you want to turn heads or alarm your neighborhood these are it, I'v had allmost every sub out there an only the strokers can compare, the sound good at all levels. Im running two 12s with a power 1000 and I allways drown out all the other cars. alot of manufactures make their subs with pretty colors and polished or chrome baskets so you pay for the look but sacrifice sound. Fosgates have an agressive badass rebel ugly monsterous look so your paying for nuttin but sound.if you plan on getting these I'd advice you to start a savings fund to pay for all the tickets you might get oh and you might want to get some tylenol to get rid of the headaches you WILL be getting

Strengths:
these subs kick some serious butt, they pound really hard, clean bass, each sub peaks at 2000watts/1000rms nuff said

Weaknesses:
there are none

Review 4 of 8

Price Paid:  $90.00

Year / Model Reviewed:
 RFP2412

Summary:
These things can HIT. I've got them running off a Crossfire TEK150.2(150w rms amp in STEREO) and it rattles my whole car- can't see out the rear view mirrors (any of the 3) or sometimes even out the front windshield. They make rap/hip hop sound excellent but are a bit quiet when I throw in my Allman Brothers(Yes, even though that is classic rock they have some noteworthy basslines)If I could get just one thing more from these it would be more low end. Sometimes when things are hitting so well these two 12's seem to "fall out" when it gets real low. But thats my only gripe. For everything else they can pound. You can feel it in the center of your chest. A good sub for the modest price, just give 'em a good amp(Crossfire isn't well known -yet- but they are an excellent amp at a very reasonable price-especially if you know the right people). Two rattling thumbs up. I would consider these subs to be a good investment for anyone who wants a "start up" sub that may never have to be replaced

Strengths:
not too big, not much power required for serious bass, hit HARD at normal freq's

Weaknesses:
Doesn't get quite as low as I'd like

pioneer 10's 350w

Review 5 of 8

Summary:
This sub is excellent. I had it in a ported enclosure and it shook my truck. I ran it off of a Kicker ZR240 amp, and even in a ported enclosure it punched good. I recently slapped it into a 0.42 cuft sealed enclosure and it hits like nuts. Excellent response and very accurate bass reproduction.

Recommended for anyone who doesn't wanna blow a ton of cash on a DVC or HX2. You will NOT be disappointed.

Strengths:
Works in sealed or vented enclosures, providing its boxed right. Has lasted through hard playing for a long time.

Weaknesses:
None
