from wholesale Year / Model Reviewed: 2003 AW 1051 Summary: Yes I wrote a review last year under the username Zack. This is an update: I did drop all that money for Audiobahn gear -BIG MISTAKE. I have bought many, many, many Audiobahn products-all dissapointments except for there ABC Components and these subs. Meanwhile, I built another box and put these tens in my wifes car pushed by the same amp. Man it bumped the little KIA like there was no tomorrow. I on the other hand bought 2 12' flame q's, the "1800 watt" audiobahn class d amp wired at 1ohm, which is how the amp reaches 1800. I was so mad that all that money mabey got me six more db. Well, I sold the q's, got a JL 1000/1 amp, and put the 10's back in my truck as a temporary while I wait for my new L7's to ship. Again, these little speakers pound with no sign of stopping. If you are on a small audio budget, this is the way to go. Strengths: Huge bang for the buck, OK SQ, Amazing Xmax, Super cheap online, DVC, Great for small spaces, they look pretty cool too. Weaknesses: The Audiobahn name, People who don't know how to treat subs-the wattage rating doesn't identify a subs sonic capability. Similar Products Used: Flame Q's Cerwin-vega, pioneer, every kind of concert audio brand you can think of. If it's out there I've heard it.
