Review 1 of 2

Price Paid:  $230.00 from ebay

Year / Model Reviewed:
2002 CL1200

Summary:
I bought this amp thinking damn this is a good deal for the power. wrong. it puts out ok power but it overheats way too fast. i couldn't even get through 1 song without this thing getting burning hot and cutting out. I sold it as soon as i could and bought an earthquake phd-2. HUGE difference. the quake never overheats no matter how long i run it. It even blew one of my subs. If you are looking for a powerful amp look elsewhere. this profile doesn't cut it.

Strengths:
looks good. puts out good power.

Weaknesses:
overheats fast. i had a 1 farad cap and my lights would dim bad.

Review 2 of 2

Price Paid:  $230.00 from eBay

Year / Model Reviewed:
 2003

Summary:
This amp puts out a lot of power. My subs suck and sound bad in my friends car with a JBL amp but they sound actually half way good in my car. His Audiobahn's hit harder in my car then with his JBL which is more powerful.

Strengths:
A LOT OF POWER FOR THE MONEY!

Weaknesses:
The chrome gets fingerprints easy.
